Maureen Myant

Maureen Myant currently lives in Brussels but will return to live in her home town of Glasgow early in 2018. A former teacher and educational psychologist, she always wanted to be a writer but family and work took priority for many years. She studied for a Masters and a Doctorate in Creative Writing at Glasgow University and now works as a freelance writer. Her first novel The Search was published in 2010 by Alma Books and was translated into Dutch, Spanish and Turkish. The Snow Lies Deep is her second novel.
